This book to me, is perfect for a comic book. It covers what an every day human would probably be going through, (especially a plus size one), of trying to figure out, am I good enough, am I doing what I should be doing, etc, etc. I feel like Faith really hits that with her trying to find her spot in the world of both "normal" and superhero lives. I really do enjoy this series immensely and suggest it for both female and male readers. (Though I do think females will relate more to Faith because of her mannerisms, thoughts etc)
Purchased this volume as a gift for someone. It arrived a little late when I got it, but it wasn't a big deal. The volume was in perfect condition and the person who received it was very happy with it.
Fantastic comic with a wonderful Rubenesque heroine. Will totally be reading all of this series. Hope it runs for a good long time.

Oh hell. The promise that was obvious in the start of Faith has dissipated as the series continues. The villains are silly, the conflicts are minor, the plot just plays out in a completely obvious manner. I respect the work that has gone into these comics, but hate the management of the character. Why does Faith have to be a joke of a superhero? If a realistic image is wanted for a superhero, why put her is a comical universe?The most irksome element of the latest stories has her secret identity obvious to all who see her and think for a moment. WHY does this not happen to Batman and Superman? - Because those characters are respected and protected: They have a continuity that lasts for hundreds of stories. Faith does not get this treatment, and will soon suffer as a character because of it.I have never written about a comic before, but I felt such disappointment in the latest Faith stories that I felt compelled to do so. Get real, Valient!

But, he's no hero! What?!? By the time you're done with Volume 2 you'll be seeing double... or quadruple. I can't keep up. Just read it again... it's more fun the second time.
This comic book series never fails to capture the imagination and cause a smile.She is a wonderful role model. And instead of being all small and stick like she actually has believable body proportion’s. Her sense of humor is wonderful and entirely positive.
