They still work with updated food processors and in some instances you can double the recipe to make a larger recipe.You will find a good selection of recipes ranging from savory to sweet.There are are recipes for all types of breads, rolls and coffecakes and sweet rolls.Highly recommend.
The book is in the condition described. I had this book before and loved the different types of bread and flavors. YUM! This is replacing my book that was lost during a move. If you like to make breads this is an excellent book.
I love this little cookbook, too. As a cook who doesn't particularly like to work with yeast doughs, this book on food processor techniques was a wonderful solution for my bread baking challenges.The recipes are delicious and the photos are excellent. Our favorite recipe is the Holiday Wreath which we have made for 15 years and it never fails to impress. Without this book I would never have tried it.
