About the Author
Patricia Schnering, RHIA, CCS, is the founder, author, and publisher of Professional Review Guides, Inc., and PRG Publishing, Inc. Previously, she worked as a Health Information Management (HIM) consultant and as an adjunct instructor of HIM at St. Petersburg College. She was also president of her local GCHIMA and a delegate to the FHIMA, where she served on committees and the board of directors, and earned the FHIMA Literary Award in 2000 and 2006. Currently, Patricia serves as a delegate to the FHIMA and on the advisory board at St. Petersburg College. She is a member of AHIMA and the Assembly on Education (AOE). In addition to a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, Patricia holds CCS and RHIA certifications from St. Petersburg College.

What a joke. The practice exam has questions which require you to use codebooks to answer, which are not allowed on the actual exam. This does not allow you to take an accurate practice exam.
This was NOT what I was expecting. It was a card with a scratch card that said I could use it for 2 terms. I sent it back, without scratching the code, and received less than half of what I paid. I can't find anywhere to dispute the charge. Really frustrating and disappointed. I lost $50 and have no access to what I didn't want to begin with.
